Originally from Lyon, Aurélien Chatard, also known as Bras Noir, is one of the iconic figures of BASE jump and wingsuit in France. He started this discipline at 23 and now has over 2,000 jumps. Known for his precision, composure, and creativity, his practice is part of a quest for freedom, adrenaline, and technical skill.

Instructor, Tandem Master, and Innovator
Aurélien is also an instructor and pioneer of tandem BASE jump, allowing novices to experience their first jump safely. He shares his passion within the Rock Drop school, where he trains practitioners in a structured, supervised, and respectful environment for extreme conditions.
An Active Member of the Soul Flyers
He is part of the prestigious Soul Flyers team, a globally recognized collective for its spectacular wingsuit flights. Aurélien has notably participated in iconic flight projects, such as flying over the Taj Mahal or legendary peaks in the Alps.
