What is merino wool and why is it different?
Merino wool is a very fine and soft natural fiber, naturally thermoregulating, breathable, and odor-resistant. It retains heat even when wet and is suitable for sports as well as everyday wear.
Where does your merino wool come from?
Our wool comes from selected, certified mulesing-free sources, with traceability and respect for animal welfare. Lot information may vary by collection.
What do the weights 140 / 210 / 300 g/m² mean?
The weight indicates thickness and use: 140 g/m² = light & breathable (summer/effort), 210 g/m² = versatile/mid-season, 300 g/m² = warm for winter or layering in cold weather.
Which thickness to choose according to the season in Switzerland?
Summer / intense effort: 140 g/m² • Mid-season / alpine: 210 g/m² • Winter/cold: 300 g/m². For layering, start with 210–300 g/m² depending on your sensitivity to cold.
Does merino wool itch?
No: the merino fiber is very fine (< 20 microns) and offers high softness. A prewash can further improve comfort for very sensitive skin.
Do you add nylon/elastane?
Yes, in small percentages on some models to improve durability, resistance, and elasticity, without compromising the benefits of merino.
Sizes & fit
How to choose my size?
Refer to the size guide (flat measurements chest/waist/hips). Between two sizes: take the larger for layering in winter, the smaller for a technical close fit.
Do your clothes fit “normal”?
Yes, the cuts are designed for movement. The base layers are slightly fitted. For a looser fit, choose one size up.
Care & repair
How to wash and dry merino wool?
Cold wash/30°C (wool program) inside out, mild detergent, gentle spin. Dry flat, away from heat sources. No fabric softener or bleach.
Can I use the tumble dryer?
Not recommended: it weakens fibers and may shrink the garment. Prefer flat drying.
Do you offer repairs?
Contact us: we advise on common repairs (hemming, light patching) or refer to a partner workshop.
Use & performance
Does merino insulate even when wet?
Yes, merino wool retains some warmth even when wet and dries relatively quickly, limiting cooling after effort.
Suitable for intense effort (trail, ski touring, cycling)?
Yes. For high cardio, prefer 140–210 g/m² and layer if the weather cools down. For very cold conditions, 300 g/m² as a warm base layer.
Delivery, returns & exchanges (Switzerland)

Standard delivery within 1–3 business days (indicative). Indicative rate: CHF 7.90. Free delivery from CHF 175.– purchases.
How do I track my package?
The shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link. You can also check your customer account for history.
How to make a return or exchange?
You have 30 days after receipt to request a return/exchange (item unworn, tags intact). See our Refund Policy for detailed procedure.
Are returns free?
Depending on the reason, fees may apply. Size/color exchanges are facilitated. See the Refund Policy.
Refund timeframe
Refunds are issued within 3–10 business days after receipt and quality check of returned items.

Bank cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (depending on availability). Payment is secured via a PCI-DSS compliant provider.

No, but the account makes tracking, history, and returns easier.
